Orders shipped to US Post Office Boxes will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery of these orders will be delayed by one (1) day.

Temperature-Sensitive Items:

Orders that include products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are recommended to use special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. All overnight shipments are shipped for a flat fee of $39.99.

Heat sensitive products ordered after 6:00 pm Thursday and before 6:00 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday when Overnight delivery is requested.

Temperature-sensitive, special order and perishable items are not eligible to be returned.

Return Policy:

As part of Healthy Element’s commitment to quality, we do not resell returned items. You can be confident that every product you receive from Healthy Element has been kept within our control, or that of our distributors, and under the appropriate conditions from the time received from the manufacturer.

Products are eligible for a full return credit within 20 days; heat sensitive products, perishable and special order items are not eligible for return credit.

To be credited for returns, you must email help@thehealthyelement.com for a return authorization number. All items must be returned unopened and unmarked in resalable condition. All returned items will be inspected for damage in order to determine whether the item can be accepted for return. Once the inspection is complete, the return will be credited back to your credit card.

Backorders:

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and ship your order as soon as it is available. Backorders typically ship in 10 to 14 days. All items in your order that are in-stock will ship same day.

Order Tracking:

After your order is packed and ready to ship, we will e-mail you your order tracking number. This process can take up to 24 hours.

Order Processing:

In order to expedite the shipping process, all orders are processed immediately. If there is an issue with an order customers will be notified via email.

Canada Orders:

We ship to Canada! Orders to Canada will incur a $40 placeholder charge for shipping, which will be reduced to our shipping providers cost. This cost will be on an order by order basis. Please note that Healthy Element is not liable for delays or losses due to customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry.

International Orders:

We currently do not ship internationally.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be calculated and charged on all taxable items shipped to California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Virginia. The tax rate applied to the order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the order’s shipping address.

Return Policy

Products are eligible for a return credit within 20 days; heat sensitive products, perishable and special order items are not eligible for return credit. To be credited for returns, you must call 1-866-593-6175 for a return authorization number. All returns are subject to a returns processing fee of 25%, freight charges excluded. All items must be returned unopened and unmarked in resalable condition. All returned items will be inspected for damage in order to determine whether the item can be accepted for return. Once the inspection is complete, the return will be credited back to your credit card. No refund will be issued if returned product is damaged beyond use, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in shipping as a result of customer using insufficient return packaging.
